A gently lifted recipe

This recipe came care of The Mad Fermentationist's Westveleteren Blond clone. To be clear, I've never had a Westy blond, but I figure they can't be all that bad. For the last two or so brew sessions, I've forgotten the cane sugar additions and ended up with a slight bit less gravity and body lightening, but man this beer came out awesome. Carbed nice and high, I'm trying to take small portions to keep from blowing the keg too quickly.
